And, unlike msn, you can actually browse the beginning of a conversation without constantly being brought down to the bottom of the page.

OMG! i remember that! that was a nightmare

oh christ yes, add to the fact msn takes up so much of the window with send buttons and the massive username bar/away status/legal messages and it resizes stupidly slow because its not using proper osx controls
adds up to hell when trying to read a pile of messages
