adium doesn't connect anymore

hi there.
I discovered the following problem today:
I closed adium and after i tried to start it again, it didn't connect anymore. all i got was the error message "Gaim error: disconnected" . so I went to the adium homepage and downloaded 0.89 (i was running 0.88) but same problem again.
I tried to start 0.89 and a message popped up, where i had to enter my icq password again. I did so, but the message still appeared and nothing happened.
so i restarted my ibook and tried it again. the "password"message doesn't appear anymore but again i get the "gaim error: disconnected" window.

can anyone help?

i've got the very same problem here. interestingly it appears only with ICQ, the other networks seem to work as they should. maybe they changed the protocol again? i had problems using ICQ on Adium for a while now, but until today it connected at least.

just tried the official client and it doesn't connect either. seems to be a problem with the icq server.

i had this problem this morning, but after i tried hard for about 10 minutes the problem was gone...

well, now i do have the problem again.
if only all of my friends would change to skype with me...

Seems to be Network Solutions. I also had problems connecting to AIM this morning but now it works fine.
