MSN error

I have a problem with MSN on a Mac here at the office.
This is not about Adium directly but I figured if u people know so much about instant messaging maybe u can help me.

So I try to connect to msn with a new created account. The email from the account is not "hotmail" or "msn", is a private account from a private domain. When I try to log in it says that the password is not correct. The password is 100% correct.
The thing is that all the other accounts work fine with msn and this doesn't.

The Mac with this problem is a G4 Powerstation with OSX 10.3.9. on it.

Did you definately set-up a passport for your email address?? Without this you can not log into MSN.

Yes, I did. The thing is that when I try to log in on the "my msn" on their website it says that the password is incorrect. Also, it refuses to reset my password because it says that there are too many attempts to log in.
