A new user with new ideas

Hi guys,

Im new to Aduim and I love it. It make ichat look like nothing. But I had some ideas that would just make this program kick 'A'!

1. I know that you can change the background of your chat window, and this is a good idea. But wouldn't it rock if the image could fit to scale?

2. Do away with the chat window. I would fall in love if you could set the opacity of the chat window. I currently use the contact list style "Universal, White" and my messages are using "MiniBubble." It would be nice to have the chat window look like the Universal skin. Also, I was wondering. I have the latest version of Aduim, and it seem te be a little looney when im tryin to change my fonts. Anyone else experiancing this.
I would love to here everyones ideas, and I look forward to being apart of this community.

I think you can have trasparancy in chat windows:

In the messege theme prefrances - chose custom bg colour
Click the Colour button to bring up the picker.
Use the opacity slider

Well in that case, I cant wait for version 1.0 to come out.

Aslo adambrown, the option for opacity is no available in the message theme preferances under BG color. Thanks any way.

So guys... when are we to expect 1.0?

yeah i get a little bit frustrated with the whole font thing. It changes on me permanantly if i copy and paste anything, then when i set it again it doesn't stay. People often tell me they can't read it as well. I have pretty much given up on the whole font thing and stuck with black and white times new roman. less headaches.

The only way to do this is a dirty dirty HTML hack... I got yelled at for doing it, but I don't know, Iser is no longer here, file a ticket for it and I'll see what I can do.
