There is a big problem with large uploads it seems. Many times I have tried to upload a 500MB + file, and each time it stops with an error 'broken pipe'.
There is no certain point where the connection stops - sometimes at 126 MB, another at 355, etc. This happens with many different files, of all kinds (.mp3 and .avi and .zip).
I was able to upload these files using the commandline ftp without any problems at at, so I believe the problem is with Cyberduck, and not the server or my computer, nor my internet connection.
I would file a bug report, but it seems so random that I was wondering if anyone else had problems of this nature.
On the other hand with small files (<10MB) there are no problems whatsoever. I can edit the file, save, etc. So I am happy with Cyberduck except for the large file transfers.

Same here, uploading stops all the time, takes hours to get a folder with 30 mb uploaded, with or without permissions checked.

Same problem here. G4 and 10.4.6. For me the upload usually stops at around 30MB.
What's worse, when I try to resume upload, it only worked once, picking up from where it left and upload the rest of the file, but the rest of the times it just starts over and gives me the broken pipe error again and again
