"I/O Error: Unexpected null reply received"

Post by Wangerin »

First post.

Can anyone explain what the above error mesage means when I try to upload to a website using Cyberduck (2.5.5)? Is it a problem with my login ID? with the software? with my connection?

As you've probably gathered, I'm not a technical person by any means, and I've used Cyberduck to upload files to other web servers without any hitch, but this error message means nothing to me, and I don't know what corrective action (if any) I'm meant to take.

A workaround for this problem is to uncheck both 'change permissions for uploads' and 'change modification date for uploads' in the Transfer preferences.

Also see http://trac.cyberduck.ch/ticket/352 . Do you know what server software this is? Can you give me a test account?
