Transferring files to ftp server from network PC by cduck

We have a network through a router: one PC (running XP) and several Macs running OSX. When we transfer image files that are stored on the PC, using cyberduck, to our website the images seem to be corrupted (the images do not show up in the browser)

Is it a cyberduck issue?

Is it just a PC/MAC issue with no solution i.e. will all Mac ftp client programs produce the same results?
