[REQ] UL/DL speed limits :)

This is just a feature request: upload and download speed limits :)

It sounds strange but actually any FTP Mac client can limit the upload or the download bandwith. Of course it would be great to limit just the upstream :)

fxp would be realy a killer feature. would be the first macosx ftp client (with a nice gui) who can do this.

fxp is very compfortable, i dont have to go in my office for transfering a big amount of data if im at home or on business trips
