Proxy Error From MSN

Post by medicine »

I keep getting this error from MSN, I am connecting through a proxy. Some times it will connect fine then other times I get this error then I normally have to restart of something to get it to work. Any Ideas on how to sort this problem out?

I'm getting the same thing, and I don't use a proxy. It was connecting when I downloaded it a few days ago, but now no luck.

I have been having the same intermittent problems with MSN. It was down last night for a while, then back up, now today it doesn't want to connect.

I was going through a proxy and using a different port number, but I just removed the proxy and changed port number to 80. Not only no luck, but it crashed Adium when I tried to connect.

Never had any trouble with the proxy before. Unfortunately I didn't take note of my settings before I changed them; is there a way to restore my original port number without deleting ALL my prefs?
