Unable to build data connection: No route to host

Unable to build data connection: No route to host

i can´t get a connection to lycos.de via cyberduck.
always get the error: Unable to build data connection: No route to host
what does this exactly mean, or does anybody have the same problem?
how can i solve it ? thanks.
