hostname can't be resolved

there are several people accessing my ftp share with cyberduck … except one.
he's got the error message «hostname can't be resolved».
he can access my ftp via internet browser, but that's not what I want ;-)

I would have to assume he's inputting the address wrong in his FTP client/connect box.

Of course, you know what they say about assumption being the mother of all f ups..

Ensure he's using the right info, settings, etc, compare his setup to that of your other users, perhaps.
