Connection Reset when Using Active Mode

Yesterday I downloaded the new Cyber Duck 2.6 it carried over all of my bookmarks fine. The problem is most of my book marks have to have the Connect Mode set to active. Everytime I log on with connect mode active I get a conenction reset Error - I/O Error: Connection Reset (/)

I've tried changing the path and tweaking setting on my end. Because of the server i'm connecting to I cannot set it to Passive (which does work for the sites on other servers).

So I'm Asking is this a common problem with the new cyber duck or is this something new. and does anyone have a way to get around this problem. (and I can't change the server settings)
