I have tried several times to connect to a particular server via CyberDuck. The people that have the server have downloaded Cyberduck and connect just fine. I also connect to 4 other servers with no problems. Can't figure out why this one gives me problems. They gave me different login to have someone test to see if they have the same problem. They tell me to use PORT command instead of Passive.

I have tried numerous times and I am ready to give up.
