That is a little program called, MenuCalenderClock.

Out of curiosity, what are you using to make the chat window itself (not the conversation area) transparent?

windowshade x by unsanity, it uses a hot key to make windows transparent - http://unsanity.com/haxies/wsx

There's also a utility that accomplishes *basically* the same thing (only window transparency, none of the other stuff that windowshade does) called Invisray (it's free

Adium Stuff (beta version):

Message Style: Smooth Operator - EkDor Variant

Contact list:
Color Theme - Bite Size
List Layout - Fresh!
Window Style - Group Bubbles

Contact List is also set to move in and out with the cursor and when someone signs on/off.

The Contact list/message style doesnt totally match the dark theme but its the best form/function I've found when you have other windows beneath.

Status Icons: iBubble Status

Menu Icon: Escalator Menubar

Other Theme Stuff:

Using Shapeshifter and "Amora" gui kit.

Various Icons (System icons changed with CandyBar )

Dock background removed with clear dock and then moved to the left side with Tinkertool.
