Skipping hidden files

Is there a way to upload a folder to a remote site, but have cyberduck skip any and all files and folders that start with '.' ? i have a web site checked into svn source control, and I want to publish it to the web with one or very few commands. It seems if Cyberduck could skip all 'hidden' files that would be handy.
