So I just updated to Cyberduck 2.6.1 and my bookmarks were lost (again). This happens each time after upgrading to a new version.
Is it possible to preserve bookmarks while moving to a new version?
Thanks!

Bookmarks should never get lost when upgrading to a newer version. Please check the permissions on the file ~/Library/Application Support/Cyberduck/Favorites.plist or use the Verify Disk Permissions feature in Disk Utility.app

The permissions are correct. Every single time I've upgraded for the last 5 or 6 versions, my bookmarks are always lost/gone/deleted. Poof!
