OK, I've searched the forums and Trac, but can't seem to find any mention of this. I'm using the latest beta and everything is working pretty solid except one annoying issue:
My Jabber contacts (and only Jabber, everything else is fine) are showing as offline all the time, regardless of whether contacts are online or offline.
I can see the contacts (and interact with them) when I choose "show offline contacts". The contact list works perfectly overall, minus the Jabber offline issue.
Are they marked as online but only displayed when showing offline contacts? Or are they marked as offline? Are you subscribed to their presence (did they grant you authorization)?

Okay, I used to have a problem *similar* to this with a jabber.org server. It seemed like the server would kind of freeze, and my away statuses would stick/not be displayed, but this was usually cleared up after a few minutes.
Do you have this problem when using Jabber through iChat?
And you are authorized/your contacts are authorized to see your status?
