using cyberduck (or other) to transfer iweb to my server

Hi Can anyone give a brand new mac user simple...step-by-step instructions on transfering my newly designed website to replace my old site. I'm new to mac and nervous about downloading new programs to my new computer

Ok I assume you have a web server

1. In iWeb select "Publish to a folder" under the "File Menu"

2.Login to your web server using Cyberduck or any other software. I suggest Cyberduck because it's free. Then, simply drag'n drop your files from iWeb to your web server.
