Buddy's icon not showing

Ok, I got my partner set up on yahoo 3.0 for mac, since it's only me he will be chatting with while i am away on business.

I use adium and have for a long time. He can see my buddy icon, but I can't see his. I've checked all his settings regarding sharing his image.

I have other friends who use the official yahoo client as well and can see theirs just fine. It may be something up with yahoo, but just wanted to post it here to see if there was something I was missing within Adium.

We both are on Os X 10.4.8
and I have Adium 1.0B14
